Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records through data entry and proper documentation. • Process invoices efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile and analyze financial data. • Build and sustain relationships with service providers, customers, and caseworkers. • Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and compliance. • Prepare detailed reports and summaries to support decision-making processes. • Assist with training initiatives and provide administrative support as needed. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
