Application of Optional Skills:\n\nERP Systems (Accumatica, QuickBooks, NetSuite): Used for posting transactions, generating reports, and maintaining accurate ledgers.\nTax Filings & 1099 Preparation: Supports compliance during year-end reporting and vendor management.\nInventory or Cost Accounting: Assists in reconciling inventory balances and analyzing cost variances for manufacturing operations.\n\nRequired Education & Certifications:\n\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nCertifications (e.g., CPA or CMA) are not required but considered a plus.\n\nYears of Experience:\n\n1–3 years in accounting roles with exposure to A/P, A/R, and general ledger functions.\nManufacturing industry experience preferred but not mandatory.\n\nKey Attributes of Success:\n\nDetail-oriented and accurate in financial data entry.\nStrong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nDependable and trustworthy with sensitive financial information.\nCollaborative and proactive in resolving discrepancies and improving processes.\n\nDesired/Nice-to-Have Skills:\n\nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).\nFamiliarity with GAAP compliance and internal controls.\nExperience supporting audits and month-end close processes.\nAbility to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clarita, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
