We have an opening for an Accounting Associate to assist in out accounting department..\n

Responsibilities:\n\nProcess Daily \/ Weekly Consignment Customer Invoicing.\nMonthly reconciliation of Consignment Customer accounts and inventory.\nResearch, resolve, and escalate accounts with past due aging.\nCompile various reports for Management & key team members\nSupports Staff Accountants by performing various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation\nMaintain good working relationships with customers (both internal and external).\n\n

Job Requirements:\n\nAssociates' or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting is preferred.\nSolid understanding of fundamental financial concepts.\nAttention to detail, self starter, and organization skills.\nBasic PC skills, intermediate excel skills.\nFamiliarity with ERP Systems a plus\n\n
