Perform a variety of accounting and administrative duties related to the receipt and disbursement of funds. Compute, classify, and accurately record financial transactions. Process financial transactions for entry into the database system. Review and verify transactions to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records with a high level of attention to detail. Work independently while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding financial and administrative matters.

5+ years of experience within accounting and accounts payable.Proficiency in processing financial transactions and maintaining financial records.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associates degree preferred but not required.Experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred but not required).Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with on-site work required from Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursday and Friday. The role offers an opportunity to make a difference within a supportive company environment.
