Job Description
Join our team as an Accounting Administrator, where you’ll handle AR, invoicing, and data entry while supporting both the Service Manager and Finance leadership. Ideal candidates bring QuickBooks experience, Excel skills, and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment.
The position reports directly to both the Service Manager and Head of Finance.
Responsibilities
+ Apply pricing and markups to daily submitted paperwork using necessary platforms.
+ Convert handwritten paperwork into digital format.
+ Record hours worked in Monday.com.
+ Scan vendor invoices and receipts into accounting software for review and forward them to Accounts Payable.
+ Apply rentals to invoices.
+ Ensure all paperwork, invoices, and receipts have purchase orders.
+ Manage new hire paperwork.
+ Log, report, and schedule safety meetings.
+ Handle invoicing after a probationary period of 3-6 months.
+ Maintain the overall health and functionality of the office environment.
Essential Skills
+ 2-5 years of accounting (accounts receivable) experience
+ Proficiency in Excel, including equations and conditions.
+ 1-2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Adept with numbers and converting units of measurement.
+ Capability to research parts and apply proper markups.
+ Professional email and phone etiquette.
+ Ability to quickly learn new systems or software.
+ Confidence in performing work tasks.
+ Ability to stay on task and contribute to achieving weekly accounting goals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, and general ledger.
+ Comfort in a blue-collar work environment is a plus.
+ Soft skills such as professionalism, respect, strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication.
+ Driven to succeed and grow with the company.
Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., with a 30-minute lunch break. There is some flexibility for personal needs, but this position is 100% onsite. The company is growing and offers room for advancement based on the individual's performance. Initial training will be conducted onsite in Lincoln, NE, with accommodations provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
