What You’ll Do:Financial Oversight:Support the tracking and organization of financial activity across multiple entities. This includes managing inflows and outflows, maintaining records, and assisting with periodic reporting.Documentation & Records:Keep financial and administrative records organized and up to date. Ensure all documentation is accurate, accessible, and securely maintained.Reporting Support:Assist in the preparation of financial summaries and reports to inform decision-making and maintain transparency.Administrative Coordination:Provide general support across a range of operational tasks. This may include data entry, document management, and ad hoc projects.Compliance & Preparation:Help ensure that all financial practices align with current standards and assist in the preparation of materials for tax and regulatory purposes.What You Bring:A knack for organization and a sharp eye for detailFamiliarity with financial systems and tools (experience with accounting software is a plus)Comfort handling sensitive information with the utmost discretionStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetThe ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and efficiencyExperience Level:Ideal for someone with a solid foundation in financial or administrative work, looking to grow in a trusted and flexible environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $58240.00/yr.
