Job Description:

•\tOversee tax compliance operations and financial reporting functions; lead a dedicated team managing all aspects of tax operations, compliance, financial reporting, and general accounting activities.

•\tEnsure adherence to both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local statutory requirements related to accounting, taxation, and regulatory reporting.

•\tCollaborate closely with local business units, market operations, tax, regional controllers, process specialists, corporate accounting leaders, and external auditors across various business scenarios to ensure accurate financial reporting and full compliance with tax obligations.

•\tCoordinate with market operations and functional leaders on governance and compliance related matters.

•\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

•\tLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing regular coaching and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

•\tBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

•\tMinimum of 3 years of experience in tax or audit firms, with demonstrated expertise in tax audit handling or financial statement auditing.

•\tIn-depth knowledge of regional tax laws, administrative regulations, and external financial reporting standards.

•\tStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data within a regional tax framework.

•\tEffective communication skills to collaborate with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.

•\tAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•\tStrong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

•\tProficient in Chinese and English communication.

•\tProfessional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIMA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
