We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Accounting & Control Manager to join the Hilton Seychelles Operations Finance team\. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director and forming part of the Seychelles Operations Finance Leadership Team\. As the Accounting & Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting across all in\-scope hotels, including monthly P&Ls and Balance Sheets\. You will collaborate closely with the COE\(Center of Excellence\)team, hotel operations, and other Operations Finance towers to drive standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across all accounting processes\. **What will I be doing?** The Accounting and Control Manager serves as a strategic financial leader, responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, compliance, and operational excellence acrossthehotels’operationsin Seychelles\. This role acts as the central liaison for internal and external audits, drives continuous improvement in financial processes, and ensures adherence to internal controls and corporate policies\. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, managing risk and compliance, partnering with the COEand FP&A\(Financial Planning & Analysis\)to enhance efficiency and cost control, and leading initiatives to improve process integrity and stakeholder satisfaction\. The role also involves developing KPI dashboards, conducting IT access reviews, and ensuring timelymonth end closures andresolution of audit findings\.
