Accounting Analyst

As an Infrastructure Accounting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role supporting the financial management of large‑scale, global infrastructure investments. You’ll partner closely with the Infrastructure Supply Chain to run end‑to‑end accounting processes, operationalize new programs, and ensure the financial accuracy behind a rapidly expanding, highly innovative infrastructure portfolio.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for a global portfolio of infrastructure assets, including next‑generation data centers, network hardware, and real estate.Support end‑to‑end accounting processes and help implement new accounting programs aligned with a sophisticated infrastructure supply chain.Contribute to month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including cash flow analysis, journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to track infrastructure spending and capital project progress.Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and strengthen accounting workflows and data accuracy.Support internal control implementation and documentation processes related to infrastructure accounting.Assist with audits, compliance activities, and process walkthroughs.Work with large, complex datasets related to infrastructure assets and projects; analyze data for completeness, accuracy, and trends.Prepare detailed analytical reports that support key monthly, quarterly, and annual financial deliverables.Collaborate extensively with cross‑functional partners, including Infrastructure Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, to resolve issues and drive operational excellence.Continuously enhance accounting processes to meet the evolving needs of a hyper‑scaling global infrastructure organization.Stay current on US GAAP/IFRS standards and integrate emerging best practices into accounting operations.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in accounting, ideally with exposure to fixed assets.Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS.Proficiency with Excel and experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle Financials and Hyperion Essbase.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with data center or large‑scale infrastructure accounting.1 - 2 years in a Big Four public accounting firm.CPA certification.Work Environment

This role is based onsite in Menlo Park within a highly collaborative, fast‑paced, and innovation‑focused environment. You’ll work alongside cross‑functional partners who operate at the forefront of global infrastructure development. Success in this role requires drive, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
