Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant to support our finance and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, old-school environment and enjoys working with physical documents and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
+ Prepare and send customer invoices manually and via Excel.
+ Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer accounts using paper files and spreadsheets.
Accounts Payable (AP) Support:
+ Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment tracking.
+ Match purchase orders with invoices and verify accuracy.
+ Help maintain vendor files and payment logs.
Billing & Administrative Tasks:
+ Generate billing statements and reconcile discrepancies.
+ File and organize physical paperwork (invoices, receipts, statements).
+ Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general office support.
+ Assist with inventory paperwork and order documentation.
Qualifications
+ Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or administrative support.
+ Comfortable working with Excel and manual recordkeeping.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
+ Familiarity with construction supply or distribution industries is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
