Position overview:

 

As an Accountant Specialist, you will support the Finance team in the execution of daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and maintaining compliance with both Group policies and local reporting standards.

 

Main Missions :

 

Support monthly and year-end closing processes. Work closely with the Cebu team to manage AP/AR activities (accruals, PPV, GRNI, etc.). Assist with invoice postings and validate GL accounts and accounting paths. Post GL entries and support other accounting-related tasks. Prepare data for subsidies and customs reporting. Monitor purchasing flows via Coupa and resolve integration issues. Manage and track fixed assets. Support internal and external audits as well as quarterly reporting. Contribute to SOX compliance through internal control testing. Maintain and update customer master data.

 

 

To be successful for this role :

 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ISCAE, ISG, IHEC, or equivalent). 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance. Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Organized, analytical, and a strong team player.

 

 

Language Skills:

 

Good communication skills in both French and English is required
