SUMMARY:
As a Senior Accountant, your subject matter expertise and demonstrated analysis capabilities lead to key financial and team development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management. Prepare monthly general and standard journal entries and account reconciliations; ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements; review and assist with budget development; maintain required records, reports and files with consistent quality assuranceAnalysis. Prepare and analyze workbooks and serve as liaison with auditors during annual audits; analyze financial reports and records; make recommendations relative to the accounting reserves, assets and expendituresREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related fieldPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Three (3) to five (5) years of prior relevant experience, preferredExceptional organizational skills and creativityHigh level of computer and software competency; proficient with database administration and infrastructure; Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPointAnalytical and proactive problem-solving skillsProven written and oral communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentEDUCATION:
