Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Ledger Accounting Professional to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining rigorous compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. You will join a collaborative team of financial experts dedicated to providing actionable insights and maintaining the highest standards of integrity in our global reporting processes.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Responsibility 1: Lead the month-end close process by recording financial transactions, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure the delivery of accurate balance sheets and income statements.

Responsibility 2: Collaborate with internal and statutory auditors and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate seamless audit processes and ensure up-to-date fixed asset records.

Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP), India Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP), and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) regulations.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

4-5 years of experience in General Ledger and Fixed Assets accounting.

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as Oracle E-Business Suite and Cloud) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Proven ability in financial reporting, variance analysis, and stakeholder management to support complex business decisions.

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter-Chartered Accountant certification, or a relevant University Graduate degree.
