The Operations Analyst Program is a six month rotational program that offers broad and in-depth exposure to business operations at Susquehanna and will prepare you for an Accounting position that immediately impacts our business.
During the program, you’ll rotate through teams such as Trade Operations, Financial Operations, Trade Support, and Compliance to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Susquehanna’s structure. These rotations include daily responsibilities and project work that will familiarize you with business operations and how financial data flows into the general ledger. Classroom training will further develop your technical, business, and firm-specific knowledge.
You’ll build a strong network across the firm and receive mentorship from senior accounting and operations professionals who will support your growth. By the end of your rotations, you’ll be equipped to make a meaningful impact on the accounting team.
After the program, you’ll join the accounting team, where you’ll deepen your understanding of accounting and the business lines you support. You’ll take full ownership of preparing and reconciling financial statements and general ledgers, including monthly and annual consolidated financial and regulatory reports. You’ll also develop expertise in relevant accounting rules and policies, support financial and regulatory audits, and collaborate with the tax team on related filings.
