This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple pay groups. They oversee daily transactions, resolve complex payroll issues, and manage off-cycle payments. This role collaborates with HR, plants, and third-party providers to maintain payroll integrity. It also includes training, optimization efforts, and support for executive compensation processes. **What You’ll Do** ** ** + **45%** Daily oversight, direction and quality control regarding payroll transaction inputs.Process off-cycle payments using mass load tool (MLT).Identify/Initiate process improvements. + **45%** Research/Resolve complex pay inquiries and management requests for payroll response.
