Accountant II
**Job Description** The Accountant II position will be part of our General Accounting department working closely with many functions throughout the business. This is a mid-level accounting position that will work hand in hand with our asset accounting team on Capital Expenditures. This person will be responsible for monitoring project spending, reviewing Capital Expenditure Authorizations, collaborating with project managers and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and can work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. This position may be required to travel for assisting with Fixed Asset audits. Primary Job Responsibilities: + Record and track assets + Monitor project timelines and expenditures + Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations + Maintaining and monitoring internal controls + Collaboration with other departments + Other duties as assigned **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field also considered + 2 years of accounting experience or closely related field + Strong organizational skills + Microsoft Excel & Word **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
