What You’ll Be Doing •Cash and liquidity management & intercompany financing e.g ICO loan and cash pool; •Foreign currency payment management e.g foreign currency collection/payment declaration; monthly currency reporting to support global treasury to do qualified hedge; •Compliance work related to banks e.g support on deposit freeze due to disputes/litigation case and coordinate with internal legal counsel and local banks; •Cash & Bank operation and facilitation e.g account & user profile setup/maintenance, internal mandates, e-banking, open/close/renew bank, etc.; •Treasury related reportings e.g cash position; cash forecast; Bank Acceptance Draft (BAD); foreign currency forecast (hfm); •Funding & external credit facility e.g annual filling; corporate credit card management; •Capitalization & Dividends e.g dividend declaration and payment; share capital +/- operation; ICO loan transactions; •Trade Finance e.g BAD operation, bank guarantees, L/C, customer/supply chain financing etc.; •Bank relationships in LOCAL e.g local banks and SAFE liaison; •Faciliate and support on audit tasks e.g internal/external audit; •Projects assigned by superior e.g IHB, cross-board, TIS, M&A, etc.What We're Looking For •University degree or above, treasury/finance/accounting is preferable; •At least 1 years working experience, banks/MNC background is preferable; •Fluent in English & skillful at office software; •Proficient with MS office; especially in Excel; •Good Treasury experience, knowledge about TIS is a plus; •Good ERP system knowledge, knowledge of SAP is a plus; •Detail oriented and results focus; •Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders; •Self-motivated and strong team work spirits and can work under pressure.What You'll Get from Us
