Accountant/ Controller Details:

Direct Hire position$85,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.Assist with financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting and forecasting.Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.Provide leadership and supervision to accounting staff.

Accountant/ Controller Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
