Position Summary

Provides support to the accounting team by creating and processing invoices, recording transactions, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Completes general ledger balancing and financial statement preparation.Processes monthly accounting closing reports, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.Records all contributions, distributions, and fund expenses through proper fund entity structures.Reconciles bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable regularly to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.Analyzes recordings and identifies solutions to dividends.Monitors receivables and collaborates in the collection process for past-due accounts.Manages and resolves chargebacks and dividends efficiently.Maintains up-to-date vendor information in the accounting system.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.2+ years of accounting experience.Accounts Payable Certified.Working knowledge of accounting systems.
