Compensation & Benefits: $90K–$140K. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements What We’re Looking For 4–5 years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a culture that values accountability and ambition Pluses: CPA but not required - CPA not required, but nice to have - Construction Background preferred
