We are looking for an Accountant to be part of our team and participate in the end-of-month closing, including preparing journal entries, general ledger account maintenance, and preparing account reconciliations.  As well as the proper registration of income recognition, issuing billing for services, review of the delivery of financial statements for accounting studies, monitoring of collection; analysis of reimbursable income by the client; reporting to the operational areas and headquarters.

Complete Monthly End Close ReportsPrepare the Monthly ChecklistPrepare the Balance Sheet ReviewPrepare Financial Report PackageReview the Local AccountingConsolidate ReportsPrepare Bank reconciliationsRequest payment to vendors and transfers to the corporate teamReview the payments made to the vendors: Check that the withholdings are applied correctlyCollect and prepare all the documentation required by the ClientPrepare and Review the invoices issued to the clientPerform Taxes ReviewControl the Client´s POs details and remaining balancePerform Accruals Management and ReportingPrepare Ad Hoc Reports

Qualifications:

3-5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.Advanced student or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or related field. Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.Intermediate to advanced English Level.
