Job Description

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. NH Maldives Kuda Rah employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Taking full Responsibility for month-end closing.Preparing monthly account reconciliations and taking actions accordingly.Preparing all journal vouchers for month-end closing.Preparing monthly financial statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives.Approving various city ledger transactions before postingApproving payment requests, travel expenses, employee advances and petty cash prior to payment.Providing input to budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate office.Preparation of Monthly balance sheet reconciliation & Bank reconciliationPerforming related duties and special projects as assigned.

QualificationsFull or partly qualified in ACCA, CIMA or recognized accounting professional bodies.More than two years working experience in hotel industries.Managing skills to run a departmentDecision making and resolving day to day issuesProfessional on excel worksExperience in SAP accounting systemMust currently hold the role applying forShould have qualifications matching to position applying forTrackable references to support the role applied for
