Treviso Bay HOA is Hiring: Staff Accountant

Treviso Bay HOA is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our financial operations by providing accounting-related administrative assistance and ensuring compliance with Troon Golf accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and reconcile the Daily Cash Balancing Report. Prepare month end closing journal entries. Reconcile bank statements. Review and process expense reports. Prepare accounts receivable statements and process monthly billings. Support daily revenue audits. Ensure regular and reliable attendance. Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience (3-5 years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with property management systems is a plus. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Primarily a seated role with frequent use of hands and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.). Moderate noise level typical of an office environment.
