\n\t\t\t\t\tPerform tax services for individual and business clients, including planning, tax return and report preparation, research and consulting\nHandle all tax authority communications (Federal, State and Local)\nInteract with client personnel on tax return information, due dates, deadlines, and other compliance matters and keep team members informed\nIdentify opportunities to provide additional services to clients\nProvide training and mentoring to staff\nCommunicate with Shareholders, analyze problems, and recommend solutions\nAssume leadership opportunities within the department\nAct as a firm representative when attending professional and organizational events, and develop a network of referral sources through active involvement in the events.

\n\t\t\t\t\tA bachelor's degree in Accounting\nCertified Public Accountant preferred\nA minimum of 5 years’ experience performing tax services in a CPA firm\nAble to meet challenging client requirements and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities\nSelf-motivated, driven individual that can work independently\nAbility to develop and maintain strong client relationships\nProficient in MS Office programs, tax-preparation software (Axcess a plus), and experience with online tax research

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.48/hr.
