We’re looking for an Accountant based in Edmonton, AB in the finance industry. Accountant responsibilities:
• Complete full cycle accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support year end processes and external audit preparation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency within the finance function

The successful candidate has:
• 2 to 5 years of accounting experience
• Diploma or degree in accounting or a related field
• Strong understanding of full cycle accounting
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Compensation and benefits:
• The discussed salary range is $50,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
