**What You Will Be Doing :** + Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process + Manage AR statement, Sales Invoice and Credit control process + Support implementation and monitoring of corrective actions for internal audit and regulatory issues. + Support annual statutory audit and stock count + Handle independently compliance of Taiwan local tax related requirements, including Transfer Price adjustments and documentation, VAT filing, tax authority inquiries, etc. + Indirect procurement and High Risk Payment process + Execute the controls on Indirect Channel Management discount process + Margin analysis of deals + masterdata pricing set up + Manage local bank statements and finance system support + SOX Narratives & Control Matrix, walkthrough testing + SOD, SGRT and Self Assessment + Master Data maintenance + Any other adhoc duties **Who We Are Looking For :** + Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting + 3 to 5 years of commercial accounting experience in MNCs + Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin + Meticulous and detail oriented + Proven ability and keen interest to resolve problems independently + Good analytical skills, able to identify gaps in existing processes and propose ways to improve Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
