Temp-to-Hire position$35.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, & revenue recognitionPrepare timely & accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRSCoordinate & lead the annual audit process with external auditorsDevelop & enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflowAssist with financial planning & analysis, including annual budgeting & forecastingMonitor & analyze accounting data & produce financial reports or statementsEnsure compliance with local, state, & federal government reporting requirements & tax filingsSupport M&A due diligence & integration, as applicable
Accountant Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, & internal controlsProficiency in QuickBooks & Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical, communication, & leadership skillsExperience in Construction preferredPreferred Qualifications:
CPA designation strongly preferredExperience with ERP system implementation or upgradesFamiliarity with international accounting standards, if applicableApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
