System One is assisting a manufacturing client near Tulsa with a search for an Accountant. They will work with a great team and have room for long-term growth. Responsibilities: + Oversee many of the accounting functions ensuring accuracy and integrity of the financial data + Involved with month-end and year-end close process preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and performing financial statement reviews + Manage prepaid expenses and associated amortization schedules + Prepare and file the annual property tax returns ensuring accuracy and timeliness of filings + Provide findings from analysis of financial data to support business planning and decision making + Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local financial regulations and reporting requirements + Provide required documentation to support audits and assist with resolving any discrepancies Requirements: + Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; CPA or progress towards CPA certification preferred + Proficient in GAAP, Internal controls, general ledger systems and financial reporting + Experience with ERP system and advanced in Excel, Power BI a plus + Strong analytical and problem solving skills + Detail oriented and skilled in data reconciliations + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Professional and maintains confidential information + Strong work ethic with a great attitude Salary: $65K - $85K Ref: #208-Rowland Tulsa System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
