Summary: Seeking an Accountant to manage financial statements, compliance, and reporting for defense contracts.

Requirements:

US Citizenship Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., Deltek/Costpoint) Proven experience with DCAA/FAR Cost Principles In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles

Preferred Skills:

CPA or relevant qualification Experience as director of finance or similar role Knowledge of legislation on employment standards, occupational health and safety, and human rights

Responsibilities:

Develop accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP Ensure compliance with internal policies and DoD's Defense Contract Audit Agency Cost Accounting Standards Oversee annual DCAA audit preparations Implement monthly variance reporting Provide monthly financial activity reports for projects Manage cash flow forecasts and prepare detailed financial reports

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
