Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries and general ledger reconciliationsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesReconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accountsMaintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciationProcess and track accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactionsAssist in the preparation of financial statements and management reportsSupport audits by providing documentation and answering auditor inquiriesHelp improve accounting procedures and internal controlsCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
