**Job Title:** Accountant II (AR Focus) **Location:** Loveland, CO (On-site/Hybrid TBD) **Pay Rate:** $30/hour **Duration:** 1-Year Contract (Potential for Extension) **Industry:** Agriculture / Retail / Corporate Accounting **Job Summary:** We are currently hiring an experienced **Accountant II** for a one-year contract opportunity in Loveland, CO. This role supports centralized accounts receivable processes and will work closely with various departments, including IT, credit and collections, and branch operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process centralized AR, bad debt, and non-trade AR payments in legacy systems + Triage, process, and escalate AR adjustment and write-off (CBR) requests + Support bad debt recovery and management processes + Assist in the transition of AR processes returning from Managed Services + Resolve AR-related system issues in coordination with IT, branches, and collections + Research and resolve aging reports and open account balances + Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies + Provide cross-functional support to OTC (Order-to-Cash) teams and other finance departments + Participate in UAT and regression testing for AR-related systems and upgrades **Qualifications:** + **Bachelor’s degree required** (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) + **4+ years** of accounting or AR-related experience + Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines + Excellent communication and teamwork skills + High attention to detail and analytical mindset + Strong ethical standards and professional integrity + Intermediate Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) + Familiarity with **PeopleSoft 9.1, ARS (POS), OnBase** a strong plus **Why Apply:** + Stable, long-term contract with a global industry leader + Collaborative and inclusive work environment + Opportunity to contribute to high-impact financial processes + Gain exposure to enterprise-level AR systems and operations **To apply** , please submit your updated resume and availability for interview.
