Job Responsibilities:

 

Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely invoice processing Manage AR & AP for Saudi distributors, enhancing collections and settlements Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, particularly in the healthcare sector Prepare expense and sales reports, product & country P&Ls, and support month-end closing Lead cash flow improvement initiatives by analyzing receivables, payables, and cash flow Improve debit notes review while maintaining internal controls Perform additional finance-related tasks as needed     Qualifications & Skills:

 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and local regulations in Saudi Arabia Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to multitask  Experience in multinational companies is preferred Open to applicants of all nationalities currently residing in Saudi Arabia or possessing a valid residence permit
