What You Will Be Doing:

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processManage AR statement, Sales Invoice and Credit control processSupport implementation and monitoring of corrective actions for internal audit and regulatory issues.Support annual statutory audit and stock countHandle independently compliance of Taiwan local tax related requirements, including Transfer Price adjustments and documentation, VAT filing, tax authority inquiries, etc.Indirect procurement and High Risk Payment processExecute the controls on Indirect Channel Management discount processMargin analysis of deals + masterdata pricing set upManage local bank statements and finance system supportSOX Narratives & Control Matrix, walkthrough testingSOD, SGRT and Self AssessmentMaster Data maintenanceAny other adhoc duties

Who We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting3 to 5 years of commercial accounting experience in MNCsExcellent communication skills in written and spoken English and MandarinMeticulous and detail orientedProven ability and keen interest to resolve problems independentlyGood analytical skills, able to identify gaps in existing processes and propose ways to improveWilling and open to accept a 6 months contractual role
