About the role:
Provide Purchase to Pay support for the business, vendors and other stakeholders in order to pay BC vendors on time with highest quality, as per the KPIs settled.
The scope covers the full Purchase to Pay cycle, including 3rd invoice processing and supporting several entities across various countries and regions.
Key responsibilities:
Verification of incoming PO and Non-PO invoices Vendor documents processing in SAP / VIM in accordance to accounting standards and group policies Reconciliation of vendor accounts Monitoring of open vendor balances (including debit balances) Conducting reviews of vendor statements against open and closed invoices to identify missing or misbilled invoices Monitoring of blocked invoices Preparing and booking journal entries whenever needed Handling vendor and business queries (internal and external) and resolving issues required to release payments. Coordinating with invoice approvers and/or requisitioners to ensure timely review and approval of invoices Regular monitoring of GRIR accounts - reconciliation and clearing - escalate risk and drives for resolution with Team Lead Delivering productivity and quality results as per the KPIs and targets settled Identification and implementation of potential process improvements Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly close activities Updating procedures and manuals, preparing reports and ad‑hoc data analyses Maintaining documentation for audits and internal controls
About You:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (hands‑on experience in finance and accounting - preferably in SSC/BPO environments) Advanced knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes Understanding of bookkeeping and basic tax principles (incl. VAT) Knowledge of SAP / OCR / VIM Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Fluency in written and spoken English Teamwork and communication: collaborative mindset, customer-oriented approach, professional and positive attitude Work style: self-organized, flexibility, ability to work in changing environments Analytical approach: detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, focus on delivering accurate results Proactivity: initiative-driven, solution-focused, able to handle ambiguity Nice-to-have Official Finance & Accounting certification Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g. French, Spanish, German) Experience with Google Workspace VBA, RPA or Power BI knowledge Understanding of Procurement or Sourcing processes Experience in process transitions or transformations
