Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Transaction Coordinator to manage rebate claims and ensure accurate pricing adjustments between manufacturers and distributors based on sales data. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing and validation of rebate claims between manufacturers and distributors. • Analyze sales data to ensure accurate pricing adjustments and resolve discrepancies. • Utilize ERP systems to manage transactions and maintain organized records. • Develop and apply Excel formulas to streamline financial calculations and reporting. • Collaborate with team members to improve communication and ensure timely claim resolutions. • Monitor debit adjustments and ensure compliance with established protocols. • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of rebate claims and adjustments. • Provide critical insights to optimize transaction workflows and enhance efficiency. • Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions for future reference and reporting. Requirements • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data. • Proficiency in managing debits and rebate processes. • Experience working with ERP systems to manage transactions effectively. • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to create and apply formulas. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Familiarity with rebate management and pricing adjustments. • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
