The Janitorial Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of janitorial services at assigned client sites. This role ensures that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, staff are properly trained and scheduled, and client expectations are consistently met. The supervisor serves as a key liaison between the janitorial team and management, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
Compensation: $55,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision:
Assign and monitor janitorial duties across multiple locations. Supervise and support janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to cleaning standards. Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to staff. Resolve staff conflicts and performance issues professionally.Client & Account Management:
Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to service concerns. Ensure contract compliance and service delivery meets client expectations. Communicate regularly with the Account Manager regarding site performance.Scheduling & Staffing:
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Monitor attendance and report absences. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.Inventory & Supplies:
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory. Place orders and ensure proper distribution of materials to staff.Safety & Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. Conduct safety training and maintain documentation.Administrative Duties:
Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and staff performance. Prepare reports for management as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in janitorial or custodial services, with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple locations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems (preferred).
