Job details Spherion Staffing is hiring for Account Specialists/ Medical Receptionists to join the team of a medical clinic in Wichita Falls, TX! Work schedule is full time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and pay range is $12.00- $16.00/hr depending on medical experience.

Responsibilities:
- Register patients
- Answer phones ... - Notify patient of payment amount for imaging procedures and general account questions.
- Collect and post payments daily
- Update insurance and patient account information.
- Audit tickets.
- Communicate with patients, co-workers, and physicians on a professional level.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working in a medical environment preferred
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Detail oriented and organized
Phone etiquette
Professional and respectful demeanor
Can multitask in a fast pace environment

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
