As an Account Specialist II in Estates Services ACH Reclamations you will be responsible for all transactions associated with our consumer accounts by reviewing and analyzing the transaction activity to determine the proper payments to be returned and ensure cases are dispositioned accordingly. You will utilize your analytical ability in reviewing customer information to identify which transactions belong to each account owner. The review you complete of the customer's account must be in accordance with J.P. Morgan Chase bank policies, regulations, and federal, state, and local law requirements. You will be responsible for thoroughly understanding assigned cases and acquiring detailed knowledge of the systems used, including but not limited to Customer Assist, Mainframe systems (SBS), OUI, E-Serve, MITS, Lexis Nexis, and achieving a high level of proficiency in MS Office applications.

In-office work is required from Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday. You can choose between two schedule options: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST. Please note that attendance at scheduled training sessions is mandatory, and the training hours may differ from your regular work schedule.
