What You Will Do:
· Participate in the Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP) process for new customer prospects
· Manage all aspects of designated number of key customer accounts including new customer rollouts.
· Act as primary Sales Operations customer contact for assigned projects and accounts, completing or delegating all requests for designated account alignment.
· Partner with Sales Operations primary team members to support additional customers within aligned regions, as needed
· Create and present industry leading data driven business reviews geared towards customer solutions and recommendations
· Respond to direct customer email and phone communication, which includes managing customer concerns, requests, and general program inquiries
· Create and execute on dynamic and innovative reporting requests
· Provide data driven analyses and recommendations to help customers execute on objectives and drive a culture of pest elimination.
· Validate, manage, and upload customer hierarchy alignments for customer-specific alerts and reporting
· Cross-functional relationship building with Commercial Digital Solutions, finance, operations, global business services, marketing and other internal teams.
· Collaborate with other divisions of Ecolab to support our customers.
· Manage customer expectations and program components to be implemented by internal teams.
· Assist Account Managers with support of key corporate customers
· Mentor, train, and onboard new Account Specialists.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in call center or professional business environment
· Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
· Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience processing large amounts of data (customer and financial reporting)
· Familiarity with Pest Elimination business practices and procedures
· Salesforce.com experience
· IBMi (AS400 & CMS) experience
· At least 2 years of account management or B2B sales experience
· A degree in Business, Project Management or Data Analysis
· Demonstrated leadership experience.
· Ability to think critically and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
· Ability to be productive in both team and self-supporting environments
· Ability to present to medium or large groups
· Ability to learn unique and proprietary software
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $57,800.00 - $86,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
