Job Description
The Enterprise Special Services team is rapidly expanding and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who utilize inbound transportation services. As a key player in driving innovation within transportation and logistics, you will work to evaluate current network shipper defects and implement improvements through coaching and performance management. Your primary goal is to work directly with shippers to develop solutions and improve their performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Monitor, verify, and present data daily.Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.Identify root causes of transportation defects.Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.Conduct daily Business Review Stand-up calls.Essential Skills
Account Management/Customer Service experience.Proficiency in Excel.Problem-solving skills.Knowledge in transportation, intermodal, and supply chain processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Good relationship-building skills.Organizational skills.Effective communication skills.Experience in managing disruptions.Experience from industries such as party planning, event coordination, real estate, sales, and restaurants.Work Environment
This is an on-site position, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work with some of the top customers. This role offers a unique chance to gain experience and potentially transition to a full-time position
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
