**Here's where you;ll be focusing:**
+ Support clients day-to-day in planning, developing and monitoring performance of digital campaigns
+ Join pitches as needed and work alongside Client Success Manager in bringing together materials / tools necessary to support in pitches
+ Coordinate with teams to drive success in advertisers’ digital media campaigns (e.g., briefin and coordinate assets between vendor partners, creative services, and internal execution teams)
+ Work with media planner to set up campaigns (e.g., maintain blocking charts, work-back schedules, budget summaries, plan delivery, campaign reports)
+ Work with measurement and reporting teams to ensure timely report that reflect advertiser objectives and priorities
+ Work closely with merch and e-commerce teams to ensure proper landing page experiences and the right products are selected for the digital marketing campaigns
+ Monitor the latest trends in digital media (e.g., channels, ad formats and tech) to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to leverage new tools/services
+ Ensure all design deliverables, including brand pages and creative adhere to the latest technical requirements and established guidelines
+ Will need to co-ordinate with most functions across the organization (e.g., merchandising, national sourcing, shopper marketing, UX) and external partners (e.g., vendor partners, creative agencies, advertisers)
**What you have to offer:**
+ Mandatory: 3+ years experience in account management and / or project management and / or digital marketing (Experience in retail media is an asset)
+ Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or related discipline required
+ Demonstrated experience in media buying platforms, ad serving, demand side and analytics platforms, and relationship management
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to build and maintain relationships across varying levels of seniority and a complex, matrixed organization
