Job Description
This position provides comprehensive account management support for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers. The role involves handling customer requests, complaints, and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners is key to resolving issues, processing billing, managing accounts, and supporting financial and operational functions.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and enrollment.Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests.Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.Maintain accurate account records and adhere to established policies.Participate in training and development programs for customer service.Essential Skills

This position requires working on-site in Houston, TX 77070. The role may include working evenings and weekends.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
