\n\t\t\t\t\tResponsible for monitoring \"Customer satisfaction\" and ensuring prompt action and resolution of all customer issues (Examples include taking request for quotes, processing orders, providing follow up / status, to customers via telephone, fax, email, and customer internet portals.\nReview the accuracy of incoming orders, collect and input orders submitted via fax, email, voicemail, or online order entry transmission.\n\nProcess order\nData Entry\nEnsure the accuracy of outgoing entered orders.\nWill be operating as an office support staff. \nPerform data entry tasks and will also serve as a receptionist when necessary. \nScan, file, and upload documents\nOrder office supplies\nAssist with scheduling\nManage calendar\nPlace \"cold\" and \"warm\" calls to customer or potential customer to promote sales.\nFacilitate communication between the customer and the appropriate company department such as manufacturing, planning, and quality. \nCommunicates regularly with clients to ensure company is meeting their expectations.\nEncourages, facilitates and reinforces strong relationships between Customers and Management.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
