Account Specialist
Description Responsible for monitoring "Customer satisfaction" and ensuring prompt action and resolution of all customer issues (Examples include taking request for quotes, processing orders, providing follow up / status, to customers via telephone, fax, email, and customer internet portals. Review the accuracy of incoming orders, collect and input orders submitted via fax, email, voicemail, or online order entry transmission. Process order Data Entry Ensure the accuracy of outgoing entered orders. Will be operating as an office support staff. Perform data entry tasks and will also serve as a receptionist when necessary. Scan, file, and upload documents Order office supplies Assist with scheduling Manage calendar Place "cold" and "warm" calls to customer or potential customer to promote sales. Facilitate communication between the customer and the appropriate company department such as manufacturing, planning, and quality. Communicates regularly with clients to ensure company is meeting their expectations. Encourages, facilitates and reinforces strong relationships between Customers and Management. Skills Processing orders, Email, Data entry, Supplier management, Microsoft office, Purchase order, aerospace Top Skills Details Processing orders,Email,Data entry,Supplier management Additional Skills & Qualifications 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate setting Knowledge of the Aerospace industry highly preferred Computer literate - Microsoft Suite or some type of ERP / CRM Great phone presence Any experience with order entry a plus Blueprint/Drawing interpretation a plus Ability to type 30 + WPM Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
