Summary: Seeking an Account Specialist to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills and good phone etiquette

Proficient in software such as QAD, Outlook, Autoquotes, Freightwise, FileZilla, Service Link, and Ariba

Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls efficiently and maintain high service quality

Accurately process various types of orders and manage the return process

Perform customer outreach to strengthen relationships

Maintain high response standards for email inquiries and requests

Operate software tools to manage daily tasks efficiently

Pay:23-26

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
