Ecolab is seeking an Account Specialist to join its Food Retail Services division, an industry leader in food safety, brand protection and total quality assurance. Our Account Specialists supporting Walmart plays a critical role in delivering complete food safety, workplace safety and brand standards audit solutions to Ecolab’s customers through direct customer contact, customized audit program development and launch, daily program maintenance, and delivering compelling and insightful business reviews and reporting.

SPARK (digital system)
Develop and update all logs and checklists in the system as neededUpdate the hierarchy and store type as neededEnsure accuracy of checklists with store type and operational hoursTroubleshoot any system issues and escalate to the Walmart Global Tech team as neededAct as liaison between the Walmart SME and the Walmart Global Tech teamPerform system testing as neededPerform data analysis by using a digital platform (e.g. PowerBI)Create and update dashboards for the Walmart SME that highlight store trends and performanceFood Safety Audits
Review each audit report for accuracy and completenessEscalate deficiencies and changes required to audit reports to EcolabUpdate the hierarchy and store type as neededTroubleshoot system issues and escalate to Ecolab’s tech team as neededAct as liaison between the Walmart SME and Ecolab’s tech teamEscalate store issues to the Walmart SME and Ecolab as neededPerform system testing as neededPerform data analysis by using a digital platform (e.g. PowerBI)Create and update dashboards for the Walmart SME that highlight store trends and performanceChemicals
Review and update chemical list(s) as needed for Walmart’s facilitiesReview and update cleaning SOPs (standard operating procedures) to ensure that: (i) the properchemicals are listed; and (ii) the processes to use such chemicals are correctEscalate service issues to EcolabMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required – this will be verified! Preferably in Food Science, Environmental Health, Business, Math, Data Analytics3+ years in customer-facing role such as account management or project management.Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability and willingness to travel overnight for business (local and domestic).No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to resolve customer problems in a professional manner.Ability to manage multiple projects that require timeliness and accuracy.Location: This position will be based at the Walmart head office in Mississauga
