Account Setup Coordinator I - Lenexa, KS - Monday - Friday - 7:30AM-4:00PM
The Coordinator, Account Setup I, is accountable for all aspects of the intake, setup, and maintenance of the account setup. Responsible for ensuring all client accounts are set up with quality, consistency, and efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to develop and communicate best practices.
Pay Range: $21.57+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities: Review, assign, and activate all accounts in respected platforms.Responsible for all client changes in applicable systems.Communicate effectively with all levels of Workforce Health Solutions personnel.Maintain and input client specific documentation related to client account setups. Investigate and analyze critical and or complex client issues and the ability to provide guidance necessary to implement solution.Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements.Work with the Quality Assurance specialists to determine and solve connectivity and/or setup issues.

Required Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year customer service and/or related data entry experiencePreferred Work Experience:
College Degree plus 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.Physical and Mental Requirements:
