Account Sales Representative

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Compensation: Base + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for driven and energetic Account Sales Representatives to help expand our client's partner network across assigned U.S. regions. In this role, you'll play a key part in growing a fast‑scaling program by engaging small businesses, educating them on the value of becoming partners, and guiding them through activation.

This is a high‑impact role for sales professionals who thrive in outbound calling, enjoy consultative conversations, and are motivated by KPIs and commission opportunities. You will manage both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification while providing valuable insights to leadership on market trends and customer feedback.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive outbound sales efforts to generate new partners within your assigned regions.Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and pipeline progress using CRM tools.Exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation metrics.Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and position the value proposition of the program.Provide leadership with insights on lead quality, customer conversations, market trends, and overall pipeline health.Build strong rapport with small business owners and guide them through the onboarding process.Essential Skills & Experience2+ years of inside sales or business development experience (logistics, tech, or retail preferred).Proven success in high‑volume outbound cold calling environments.Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.Strong communication skills and the ability to create trust with prospective partners.Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and comfortable handling multiple leads simultaneously.Bilingual Spanish speakers highly desired.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Experience with sales enablement platforms is a plus.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a growing team.Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast‑moving environments.Work Environment

This is an in‑office role based in Austin, working Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. You’ll join a rapidly expanding program that partners with small businesses nationwide, creating meaningful opportunities for local communities and driving program growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
