Account Sales Representative
Job Description: Account Delivery ExecutiveOverview

The Account Delivery Executive plays a key role in expanding program awareness and driving new business participation within assigned territories. This position focuses on in‑person outreach, relationship building, and guiding prospective businesses through the application process. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, organized, and comfortable working independently while traveling throughout the region.

ResponsibilitiesConduct door‑to‑door visits to prospective businesses in targeted towns within a two‑hour driving radius.Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest, answer questions, and encourage applications.Qualify prospective businesses and support them through each step of the application process.Manage daily activity, track progress, and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.Assist the Field Manager with planning and executing community recruitment events, including lunch‑and‑learns, town halls, and other outreach activities.Partner with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers such as chambers of commerce, business associations, and economic development groups.Import and organize Excel data into Salesforce on a weekly basis.Essential Skills & QualificationsExperience in sales, Salesforce, account management, customer service, or recruiting.Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience, including door‑to‑door or field‑based outreach.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work across multiple systems and digital tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time and territory independently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
