Key Responsibilities
Account Management:Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of value, growth, and long-term partnerships. Client Relations & Engagement:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality service delivery. Service Line Expansion:
Identify opportunities to expand existing service offerings within client accounts and drive business growth across new areas. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (delivery, sales, engineering, and leadership) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client objectives. GCC Expertise:
Demonstrate a proven track record in scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or Global In-house Centers (GICs) in India, with strong networks and relationships across multinational automotive GCCs. Industry Knowledge:
Possess deep understanding of the global automotive value chain, including emerging trends such as Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), Electrification (EV), Connectivity, and Autonomous Driving.
